Digital courses

Courses are delivered instantly, so purchases are generally not refundable once your course link has been opened.

When we will help

We will fix or refund a purchase if: your payment was taken but the course was not delivered; you were charged twice for the same order; or you could not open the course and we were unable to fix it.

The Scanbic rank

If the rank bundled with your course could not be applied because of a fault on our side, we will apply it for you. A rank that is already active on your account is not refunded.

How to ask

Contact us with your email and order number (like SB-000123) within 7 days of the payment.
